Sondra Roeuny

Sondra joined Delta in August 2021 as an Account Executive, to serve Emerge NM as Executive Director.

Sondra appreciates the opportunity to unlock the potential and power of our non-profit clients to live their mission and achieve their vision. As the Executive Director for Emerge NM, she hopes to help change the face of New Mexico politics by inspiring, recruiting, and training Democratic women to run for elected office, and win.

Sondra’s experience and education includes:

• Public affairs and public policy

• Business and finance, including strategic planning and operations management

• Deep love for and expertise in learning and development as a scholar-practitioner

• Ability to leverage qualitative and quantitative data to provide clear, concise, useful, and inspirational information 

Sondra’s superpower is understanding data and her ability to quickly make sense of disparate information to find patterns, trends, and connections. She may also be described as “the relationship-whisperer, building and maintaining relationships before diving into the work and unlocking the talent of individuals and teams to help them grow personally and professionally to achieve their goals.

In her free time, Sondra likes to trek through ancient temples and ruins, lounge in her hammock reading her favorite books, and go skydiving.
