Monica Esparza

Monica (pronounced Moe-nic-a) is a Senior Account Executive, currently working with the New Mexico Breastfeeding Task Force. She has been with Delta since 2018. Monica believes in the mission and vision of Delta’s clients and likes helping organizations succeed, even if it is just a small project. Her favorite part of her job is working with her Delta co-workers, who have fun, while also being productive!

Monica’s experience includes:

• Bilingual in Spanish/English 

• Facilitator and community interpreter

• Brings an equity perspective to the workplace
