Jennifer Mastripolito

Jennifer is the Director of Client Services and has been with Delta since June 2018. She loves the balance of autonomy and teamwork at Delta, where she offers support and mentorship to her team members--her teammates are what she loves best about her job!

Her background includes:

• More than 30 years’ experience with nonprofit organizations including fundraising, grant management, board development, strategic planning, and executive director mentorship

• Of that, 14 years at United Way, with roles as Vice President of Community Development and Chief Development Officer

• Experience in teaching and training from kindergarten to adults

• Master’s degree in Adult Education and Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations

• Active duty and reserve military service in the U.S. Navy

Jennifer’s superpower is her ability to help others succeed by providing just enough support to empower them to meet challenges and solve problems in their own, unique way. 

She loves spending time with her husband and adult children at their ranch in the mountains east of Albuquerque, writing short stories and the occasional novel, reading great books from the library, doing and teaching yoga, studying French, and taking their dogs on long walks.
