Debbie Armstrong

Debbie Armstrong is Delta's owner and co-founder, as well as the Executive Director for the New Mexico Medical Insurance Pool. A former New Mexico Cabinet Secretary and a current state legislator, Debbie has made health care her life's work. She enjoys policy work, being involved in insurance without being an insurance company, and knowing that the organizations she works with are making a difference in people’s lives. One of the best parts of her job is offering mentorship to Delta staff - "I love to see the creativity and growth in each person."

Debbie’s experience includes:
