Alex Bazan

As Delta’s Co-CEO, Alex ensures our business is set up to help our staff and clients thrive, plans and implements Delta’s business strategy, and works hard to create a workplace that genuinely supports our employees. Since joining Delta in 2016, Alex worked with a variety of clients, including Emerge New Mexico, NMANA, NMCNE, and EQNM. Alex enjoys the that her work at Delta allows her to work in a continuously changing environment, learn new skills every day, and support the people and organizations who are creating positive change in New Mexico.

Alex’s experience includes:

• Organizational development and management

• Facilitation and training

• Building and improving business operations with the goal of creating workplaces that truly benefit and center employees

Alex’s superpower is the ability to sift through the “noise” and recognize where people are and what they are trying to say. She puts herself in another person’s shoes to identify the real topic or issue. 

Alex loves being connected with nature, dancing, weightlifting, and seeing live music.
